Inter-Provincial Transaction Model in Two-Level Electricity Market Considering Carbon Emission and Consumption Responsibility Weights

چکیده

In the context of joint operation China’s intra-provincial markets and inter-provincial trading, how to meet load demand energy consumption using renewable trading is a key problem. The combined provides new way for provincial power companies optimize clear market, complete responsibility weight index, consume across provinces regions. This paper combines generation within province, uses province completes index weights. market clearing are respectively taken as upper lower levels model. Under two-level electricity framework, upper-level model aims minimize expected total operating cost considering carbon emission responsibility, while lower-level purchasing cost. Finally, influence transaction mechanism, risk aversion coefficient, voucher price, on analyzed. Simulation used verify that proposed can requirements promote energy.
